service through email only. We have a database of issues, which have been
researched, and we call them resolution. Every issue will have several

For the First time we
have a service started by Customers and Technicians.
Ms Shela West was a customer, always had problems with her old computer. For most of her computer related issues she did not knew where to go? Or who to contact.
